The Walter E. Washington Convention Center has limited meeting space available for date and time specific events - such as lunch, scheduled conferences, receptions, etc.
Meeting space desired for the entire length of the Annual Meeting, (for use as operation centers or offices) will not be available.
To request a meeting space, please download, print and complete the 2008 Annual Meeting Meeting Request Form, and return by fax to the individual listed on the form.
