As president of the Association’s Suncoast Chapter and as its current executive vice president, Colonel Davis is the prime force in initiating and conducting programs that support the active Army, the Army National Guard, the U.S. Army Reserve – and the senior and junior ROTC programs.
Holding various AUSA positions – to include State President for Florida, and Third Region Treasurer, Secretary, Executive Vice President and four-year Region President -- Colonel Davis ensured that the Association’s goals were pursued and that AUSA chapters and members are dedicated to supporting the men and women – past and present – who sacrificed so much to answer the “Call to Duty.”
Instrumental in chartering three AUSA chapters in Florida, Colonel Davis encourages local community and state leaders to rally around the Army.
Continuing his vigorous support of the Army’s professional association, Colonel Davis serves on the AUSA National Advisory Board of Directors as the Chairman of the Chapter Operations Committee.
