GENERAL INFORMATION

Eligibility:  The AUSA ILW Mission Command Symposium welcomes all AUSA members, employees
or consultants of AUSA Member companies, military and civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.

Sustaining Member  $450.00  $500.00
AUSA Member  $450.00  $500.00
Non Member  $550.00  $600.00

We accept checks, American Express, VISA, or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment.  Please do not send the registration application without payment; we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received. Registrations received after 14 June 2012 are not guaranteed for pre-registration. Late registrants may need to register on-site. Last cancellation date: 14 June 2012. Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 14 June 2012. No refunds for cancellations after this date will be provided; email kculyba@ausa.org to request a refund.  Online registration is now available.

Lodging:  Accommodations for this symposium have been arranged at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown hotel, 200 West 12th Street, Kansas City, MO 64105.  The Kansas City Marriott Downtown will honor the prevailing Government per-diem rate of $99.00.  Room rates are subject to applicable taxes. To book your reservation, please call the hotel directly at (816) 421-6800 or book online.

In order to receive the special conference rate, when making reservations, please mention that you will be attending the AUSA ILW Mission Command Symposium.  Reservations must be made by Monday,
28 May 2012 to receive this rate. After that date, reservations will be made on a space and rate available basis only.  All reservations require a GUARANTEE by guest check, money order, or credit card. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival.  Cancellations received within 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night room and tax.

Parking:  The Kansas City Marriott Downtown hotel provides self parking at the rate of $13.00 per car per day and $18.00 per car per guest for valet parking.

Dress:  Military ACU/Duty uniform and business attire for civilian attendees.

Proceedings:  Electronic copies of the briefing charts will be available on-line at www.ausa.org after the conference.

Receipts:  Receipts for paid attendees will be available on-site at the registration desk.
