General Information 

Eligibility:  AUSA’s ILW Winter Symposium and Exposition welcomes all AUSA members, employees or consultants of AUSA Member companies, military and civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.

Registration:  Registration fee per individual is $500 for government/military personnel, $700 for Sustaining Members, $900 for other AUSA members (corporate, individual and life members), and $1,000 for non-members.  The fee will increase to $550, $750, $950, and $1,050, respectively, for onsite registration.  Additionally exhibit hall day passes are available for pre registration at the rate of $75 per day for government/military attendees and $150 per day for non-government/military attendees. We accept checks, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment. Please do not send in the registration form without payment – we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received.  Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 11 February 2011. No refunds for cancellations after that date. Refunds will not be processed until after the meeting concludes. Registrations received after COB 11 February 2011 are not guaranteed for pre-registration. Late registrants may need to register on-site.

Lodging:  Accommodations for this symposium are being arranged through the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Housing Office. Reserve your room now through their web site or download the housing form and send directly to the Housing Office by fax at 954-765-4414 / 4197 or mail to AUSA Housing Bureau, c/o GFLCVB, 100 E Broward Blvd, Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301. Complete ONE housing form for EACH ROOM requested.  Phone reservations are not accepted.  ALL reservations must be made through the AUSA Housing Bureau OR online at www.ausa.org. If booking online, be sure to print a copy of your acknowledgement. If you do not receive an acknowledgement number, the AUSA Housing Bureau did NOT receive your reservation. An acknowledgement of your reservation request will be sent to you via e-mail, fax or mail by the AUSA Housing Bureau within 7 days. Check the accuracy of your acknowledgement and print a copy for your records.  You will NOT receive a separate confirmation from hotel, and please DO NOT call the hotels directly. Exposition:  AUSA’s ILW Winter Symposium and Exposition will be held at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center, 1950 Eisenhower Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316. AUSA will offer extensive exhibiting opportunities for those Sustaining Members that wish to display their products and services. Exhibit materials were sent to all Sustaining Member exhibit points-of-contact in October 2010. Military exhibitors are also encouraged to participate.
