Eligibility: The AUSA ILW Combined Arms Maneuver Symposium and Exposition welcomes all AUSA members, employees or consultants of AUSA Member companies, military and civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.

We accept checks, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment. Please do not send the registration application without payment; we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received. Registrations received after 21 July 2011 are not guaranteed for pre-registration. Late registrants may need to register on-site.

Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 15 July 2011. No refunds for cancellations after this date will be provided; email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. Online registration is now available at www.ausa.org.

Lodging: Accommodations for this symposium have been arranged at the Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown Hotel, 1301 Wyandotte Street, Kansas City, MO 64105. The Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown will honor the prevailing Government per-diem rate of $99.00. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes. In order to receive the special conference rate, when making reservations, please mention that you will be attending the AUSA Symposium. All reservations require a GUARANTEE by guest check, money order, or credit card. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 72 hours prior to arrival will be assessed one night room and tax.
Parking: The Crowne Plaza Kansas City Downtown provides self parking at the rate of $13.00 per day per day for overnight guests. The Kansas City Convention Center also provides parking at the current cost of $15.00 per car per day.

Exposition: The Symposium and Exposition will be held at the Kansas City Convention Center, 301 West 13th Street, Kansas City, MO, 64105. AUSA will offer extensive exhibiting opportunities for those Sustaining Members that wish to display their products and services. Exhibit materials were sent to all Sustaining Member points-of-contact, as well as other interested parties. Military exhibitors are also encouraged to participate.
