Admission to exhibit areas, program sessions and social functions at the 2011 AUSA Annual Meeting will be limited to the following:

AUSA members, military and civilian employees of the United States Armed Forces, designated representatives of member and exhibitor companies, invited guests of the Association, and those
who have an identifiable relationship with the United States Army.  Spouses and other members of the immediate family of any of the above persons are welcome at appropriate times.  Everyone must be registered and wear the identification badge to visit exhibits and participate in other programmed events.

Press Registration in CLOSED. All press should register on-site at the Convention Center in Room 140A.                       Hours are 1000-1700 Sunday the 9th, and from 0730-1700 Monday-Wednesday.

All media registrations are subject to approval/refusal by the AUSA Media Office, open Monday - Wednesday, 0800 - 1700.  When you arrive at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, please proceed to room 140A to show your media credentials and obtain your badge.
