Eligibility: The AUSA’s ILW Army Fires Symposium and Exposition welcomes all AUSA members, employees or consultants of AUSA Sustaining Member companies, military and civilian government personnel, invited guests, and non-members that are interested or have an identifiable relationship with AUSA or the United States Army.
Registration: Registration fee per individual is $400 for military/government personnel, $700 for Sustaining Members, $900 for other AUSA Members (corporate, individual and life members), and $1,000 for non-Sustaining Members. The fee will increase to $450, $750, $950 and $1,050 respectively, after close of business 9 July 2010. We accept checks, American Express, VISA or MasterCard. We do not accept government form 1556 as payment. Please do not send the registration application without payment; we will be unable to reserve space until payment is received. Once your registration and payment are processed, a receipt will be available to you upon request at the registration desk on-site. Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business 9 July 2010. No refunds for cancellations after that date will be provided. Refunds will not be processed until after the symposium concludes. Registrations received after 9 July 2010 are not guaranteed for pre-registration. Late registrants may need to register on-site. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly. These rates are subject to city and state occupancy taxes of 15.00%. In order to receive this special conference rate, when making reservations, you must mention that you will be attending the AUSA ILW Army Fires Symposium. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid being charged or not receiving a full refund on your deposit. Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

Parking: Valet parking is available for overnight guests at the Omni Fort Worth for $18.00 per night with in/out privileges.
City parking garages are also available. Parking rates are based on time spent in the garage. Once a vehicle exits the garage, standard rates will be applied to park again.
