October 2009 - The chapter donated $950 for the purchase of food and refreshments for the RIA Community Based Warrior Transition Unit for wounded Warriors in the region.

April 2009  Donated $100 gas card for PV1 Michael Bennett, 123 Artillery Bn, IL National Guard.  Michael Bennett is a Wounded Soldier in need of assistance.

March 2009  The Chapter donated $1000 towards the purchase of a new van for the local Disabled Veterans Group to transport Veterans to the Iowa City Veterans Hospital.
