Join AUSA as a Sustaining Member

Become a Sustaining Member

There are two methods of applying for Sustaining Membership:

Online:

If you use the online application/renewal form, you must pay with a credit card, since payment is due at time of application. Be assured that the transaction is secure.


When you apply/renew online using this form, you'll be asked to:


1. Enter Company information
2. Enter information on each of the Designees for your company
3. Enter credit card information for payment
4. Review the application
5. Submit the form

If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.



Download the Form as a PDF:
  1. Download Application Form (102 KB) (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form.)
  2. Print form.
  3. Enclose payment of $5,000 for annual dues. (Make checks payable to AUSA).
  4. Attach separate sheets with up to 50 individuals to be individual member cardholders. (AUSA will assign cardholders to the AUSA Chapter nearest their mailing address.)
  5. Designate cardholders with the codes listed on the application.
  6. Mail completed application to:

    Arlington, VA 22201-3385
