Become a Sustaining Member
There are two methods of applying for Sustaining Membership:
Online:
If you use the online application/renewal form, you must pay with a credit card, since payment is due at time of application. Be assured that the transaction is secure.
When you apply/renew online using this form, you'll be asked to:
- Enter Company information
- Enter information on each of the Designees for your company
- Enter credit card information for payment
- Review the application
- Submit the form
If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Download the Form as a PDF:
- Print form.
- Enclose payment of $5,000 for annual dues. (Make checks payable to AUSA).
- Attach separate sheets with up to 50 individuals to be individual member cardholders. (AUSA will assign cardholders to the AUSA Chapter nearest their mailing address.)
- Designate cardholders with the codes listed on the application.
- Mail completed application to:
