Click here for participating museums. 2. Explore the great outdoorsThe National Parks Service offers a free America the Beautiful pass to military members and their dependents. This annual pass allows you access to more than 2,000 federal recreation sites for free. The pass also covers entrance and standard amenity fees for a driver and guest in one vehicle (or up to four adults at sites that charge per person).3. Play at an amusement park Waves of Honor offers free tickets for active duty military members and three dependents to SeaWorld, Aquatica by SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Sesame Place and Adventure Island. These amusement parks may not be local, but if you are traveling to the area, they can make for a great day of free fun.4. Plan a staycationYou can’t leave the house every day, and if you just PCS’d you may be busy getting settled. A staycation at home may be perfect for your family.
